A Palestinian employee arranges cheeses in the dairy unit of the Palestinian Livestock Development Center (PLDC) in the rural northern West Bank town of Tubas on February 15, 2012. This PLDC farm has been producing top quality Italian cheeses like Ricotta and Pecorino since 2004, following traditional recipes, with the help of European Union funding and Italian training and expertise in cheese making.
