Indian children study inside a bus converted to a school called the “School on Wheels” at a slum in Hyderabad on September 13, 2011. The School on Wheels bus goes to different areas to reach out to children in slums that don’t have access to formal education. The Clap Foundation, a Non governmental organisation, conducts the school and is staffed by two teachers that stop for two hours at each location. The bus has class rooms equipped with books, chalk boards, teaching aids, and also provides each child with an egg and a banana to help combat malnutrition.
