People arrive at the Naples court house

People arrive at the Naples court house on October 21, 2010. Italy will rule later today on the extradition to France of suspected militant Ryad Hannouni, who was arrested near the main train station in Naples over in September. “If the extradition is granted, the suspect can appeal and then we would have to wait for a ruling from the higher appeals court,” he added. Hannouni, who is a French national of Algerian origin, was arrested in Naples with a bomb-making manual. He was reportedly on his way back from fighting in the tribal areas between Afghanistan and Pakistan. He was detained on the basis of a European arrest warrant requested by France. Officials said investigators wanted to question him on suspected links to militants coming to Europe from Afghanistan.
