A picture taken on September 21, 2012 in Aleppo shows Syrian woman who identifies herself as Oum Souheir, a member of the Haraeer (Free Women in Arabic) group, which helps the opposition fighters and the Free Syrian Army. Haraer women mainly help the struggle against the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad by keeping a record of people wounded and killed during fighting between rebel fighters and Syrian government forces.
